What is the minimum period to rent an apartment? Most of the apartments published in this site can be reserved for minimum stays of 5 days.

What is the maximum time I can stay in an apartment?
The maximum stay will be for 11 months, under the current legislation, having the possibility to renew the rent for another 11 months.

What are the accepted means of payment for equiped apartments?
The only way to pay is in cash or transference, in Euros.

At what time can i checkin to an apartment?
We receive travellers 365 days of the year. Check in is normally after 1pm. If there has not been a departure from the apartment that day it may be available earlier. Departure is at 10am and again if there is no one booked to enter the apartment that day you may be able to stay later. This can all be arranged just before arrival/departure.

Do i have to make any damage deposit to rent an apartment? 150 euros or 100 sterling per week is required as a deposit. On arrival 150 euros will be kept as a damage/key deposit with the balance taken from the rent payable.

Are there extra charges for utilities?
The price of all our apartments include utilities and amenities also.
7.
How often are the apartments cleaned?
The apartment is clean for your arrival and cleaned after your departure. There is no maid service.
8.
What happens if I break something?
If a breakage occurs please let one of the staff in the office know. We will either be able to replace it for you or advice you of the cost or where it can be replaced.

Are bed linens and towels provided in the apartment?
All the apartments are provided with bed sheets on arrival and a change is available for a second week if requested. One bath towel and one hand towel is provided per person per week. If you require more linen there is a charge of 12 euros per bed set per week. If staying longer than 2 weeks there is a washing machine in all apartments for your use to wash and change the 2 sets of linen you will be provided with free of charge.
